Is Robert Rodriguez, writer/director of the snazzy, candy-colored "Spy Kids" action-fantasies, quitting while he's ahead? That's the sense one gets from the title of the third film in the family-friendly series: "Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over." If this is the last adventure of junior secret agents Juni (Daryl Sabara) and Carmen (Alexa Vega) Cortez, it isn't quite as magical as the first or second. There are signs that the concept has run its course. Still, it's loads of fun for children and adults. "Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over" is, in large part, only viewable with 3-D goggles, and set within the confines of a video game. Out of the spy biz, estranged Juni is pulled in again when his sister, Carmen, is trapped inside a deadly virtual reality created by the Toymaker, a mad genius played by a bemused Sylvester Stallone. (Sly also enacts three aspects of the villain's personality: military man, scientist and New Ager.) Unlike previous chapters, "3-D" emphasizes Juni to the near-exclusion of Carmen and their spy parents (Antonio Banderas, Carla Gugino). But Grandfather (Ricardo Montalban) has a large part, and there are loads of all-star cameos: Salma Hayek, George Clooney, Alan Cumming, Steve Buscemi, Bill Paxton, Elijah Wood, etc.
