The occupied territories at the crux of "Late Marriage" are those of the heart, and the film could be about any bachelor of any nationality, as long as his tradition-bound parents are insisting that he marry a girl from the right family. Zaza (Lior Ashkenazi) is a 31-year-old Tel Aviv grad student who is being pushed by his Russian émigré parents to find a suitable wife. The guy is good-looking, smart — and uninterested in any potential match, because he's already secretly involved with Judith, a gorgeous 34-year-old Moroccan divorcée with a small daughter. When he's finally forced to choose between familial obligation and true love, something's gotta give. Prudes, be advised: The sex scenes between Zaza and Judith are hot and realistic, lending credence to Zaza's willingness to disregard his parents' wishes.
